Azure Marketplace Listing Checklist

Use this before you submit your offer in Microsoft Partner Center. One printed page for alliance and partnership leads, built around the five areas that most often hold up an Azure Marketplace listing.

• Publisher account — enrollment, verification, agreement and named owners.
• Offer and listing — offer type, selling model, listing assets, markets and prerequisites.
• Technical readiness — certification policies, SaaS Fulfillment APIs, webhook, metering and preview testing.
• Legal, tax and payouts — privacy, contract terms, payout and tax profiles, and finance review.
